Our goals are fully aligned with those of the School of Medicine and Emory Healthcare: to provide excellent patient care, educate young physicians and the community, and engage in new discoveries to advance treatment of human disease. MORE»» Spotlights Faculty Directory Residency Program Surgical Dissection Lab Rental Facial Plastics at the Emory Aesthetic Center Clinical Location at Emory University Hospital Midtown Residency Program The Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery of the Emory University School of Medicine sponsors an ACGME-accredited residency that matches four applicants per year. The program provides residents with the opportunity to work with highly qualified faculty in both the operating room and high volume patient clinics. Our faculty represent all of the subspecialties, including head and neck surgery, otology/neurotology, rhinology, allergy, skull base surgery, laryngology, pediatrics, facial plastics, and sleep medicine. In addition to practical clinical experience, which is enhanced by a broad spectrum of clinical environments that present different pathologies, varied levels of clinical autonomy, and unique learning opportunities, the program has a strong didactic curriculum and encourages residents to engage in meaningful research. The Department is deeply committed to giving our residents the type of training that will allow them to pursue their post-graduation goals and ambitions. Many former trainees have advanced to prestigious subspecialty fellowships, academic practice, and private practices around the country.
